1. Return Conditions
Can I return my order?
Yes — we accept returns of sealed, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
What products are eligible?
Product Type - Sealed & unused
Returnable? - ✅ Yes – within 14 days
Product Type - Opened, used, or unsealed
Returnable? - ❌ Not eligible
Product Type - Personalized, hygiene, or sale items
Returnable? - ❌ Not eligible
Product Type - Damaged or defective items
Returnable? - ✅ Yes – refund or replacement
Conditions for return:
- Must be in original packaging
- No signs of use or damage
- Must include order number
2. How to Return
- Email us at namaste@etha-life.com
Include your order number, a brief description of the reason, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Wait for our confirmation
We'll review your request and reply within 1 business day with the return address and any further instructions.
- Send the item back
Use your preferred courier and hold on to your proof of postage. Return shipping is at your cost, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Do you offer return pickups?
Not at this time. You’ll need to ship the item using your preferred courier.
Where do I send it?
We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved. Always email us first before sending anything back.
Do you cover shipping for exchanges?
Yes — if we approve an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement.
Are returns accepted from all countries?
Returns outside the EU may be restricted. Please contact us before initiating an international return.
3. Refunds and timing
How long to process my return?
- Bulgaria: Returns are processed within 3 business days after receipt
- Other regions: Processing may vary based on courier delays
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are issued within 5–14 business days after approval
- Processing time depends on your bank and payment method
4. Refund Details
How will I be refunded?
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer store credit
5. What we need from you
To request a return, email namaste@etha-life.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (especially for damage/defect claims)
- A brief explanation of the issue
Returns without this information may not be accepted.
6. Special cases and disputes
What if my product arrived damaged or is missing?
We’re happy to issue a refund or replacement — simply follow the steps above with photo evidence.
How are abusive or fraudulent returns handled?
We reserve the right to decline returns if we detect misuse of the policy. Each case is reviewed individually.
