3. Placing an Order

Products can be ordered exclusively through our online platforms. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance of your order.

Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of applicable VAT.

4. Contract Formation

A binding contract between you and Etha is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation that your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion - for example, if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Shipping & delivery

We deliver to addresses across Bulgaria and the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:‍

• Bulgaria: Approximately 3 business days

• EU countries: Approximately 7 business days

‍Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate - we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive and applicable consumer law.

The following items are excluded from returns: opened, personalised, or perishable products.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at namaste@etha-life.com with your order details

• Return items in their original, unopened condition with proof of purchase

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
