We endeavor to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons such asChristmas and Black Friday, please anticipate extended delivery times. For personalized items,such as bottles with engraved caps, an additional 3 working days may be required for theengraving process. Add this period to your expected delivery time.
Origin of Shipment
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Bulgaria, at the center of Europe.
International Orders
Please be aware that for orders outside the EU, shipments may incur import fees and taxespayable upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping fees. Since customspolicies vary widely from country to country and even between states within countries, wecannot predict these charges. Etha Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Etha, but if it doesn't meet your expectations uponarrival, here’s what you can do.
Return Eligibility and Process
You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us about your decision to return the productand 30 days to ship the item back to us. The return package must be postmarked within these 30 days to qualify for a refund.

Conditions for Returns
Products must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. We process refunds using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are not supported in our return policy. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through an authorized retailer must be handled directly with the retailer. Personalized, used, or washed items are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and confirm that it meets our returnconditions, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please be aware that the cost of thereturn shipping must be borne by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please do not return it without contacting us first. Send anemail to info@etha-life.com within 7 working days of delivery, including images of the damage,and we will assess the situation.
